Address & Parking: Bavaria Downs- 3919 Bavaria Rd, Chaska MN. The house is set back and not visible from the road. Valet Parking available (tips encouraged). Handicapped parking available.

Tickets: All guests will be on a list at Check-In (no paper ticket)
Food & Beverage: Passed Appetizers, Food Stations, Individual & Shared Table Food, Late Night Snacks, Bar, Signature Cocktail-Malibooze
WIFI: Network Bavaria Downs, no password necessary available throughout the Venue
EVENT SCHEDULE
6:00-7:00pm: VIP Reception (Games, VIP Silent Auction, Entertainment, Appetizers, Food Stations)
7:00pm: VIP Silent Auction Closes
7:00-8:00pm: General Guest Arrival (Games, Appetizers, Food Stations)
8:30pm: On-line Silent Auction Closes
8:30-9:30pm: Event Program-Emcee Joe Cossette, Live Auction & Fund-A-Dream-Auctioneer Dan Masloski
9:30pm-11:00pm: DJ and Dancing, Late Night Snacks, Auction Check-Out
EVENT ACTIVITIES
Main Floor: Check-In; Coat Check; 10X Game (Library); Solo Guitarist (Liam De Pauw); Food; Bar
Upstairs: VIP Silent Auction; Guess the Ounces Game
Downstairs: Fling the Ring Game (winners make pickup their bottle(s) when leaving the event)

Gift cards and gift certificates will be available for pickup at the Dream Makers. All other items or if you did not pick up your silent auction cards or certificates during Dream Makers, they may be picked up at the Minnetonka District Service Center - 5621 County Road 101, Minnetonka 55345 during the times/dates listed below. If your item contains alcohol, delivery will be coordinated by the MPSF, please call 952-401-5040.
Monday, February 13th; 9am-12pm
Tuesday, February 14th; 9am-3pm
Wednesday, February 15th; 9am-5pm
Thursday, February 16th; 9am-5pm
